Parker H. Voss
Chef Parker Voss, a McComb native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree from LSU and a Masters of Arts Degree from Arizona State University in Political Science; but his passion for cooking led him to study at The Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Stints with prestigious restaurants, including Gary Danko in San Francisco and Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, soon followed before moving to the Gulf Coast. He has been Sous Chef of Restaurant 32 at Imperial Palace Casino and most recently was Chef at BR Prime at The Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, MS. He now brings his culinary expertise back home to McComb; taking the helm of The Caboose Restaurant. Chef Parker has added his signature style to our menu of Great Steaks and Delicious Seafood.
